A cool 2021 — a wet winter and no heatwaves, plus our terroir’s cool nights, gave precise ripening and bright acidity for a vivid, well-balanced must. Foot-trodden in granite lagares, it ferments at controlled temperatures, then ages 36 months in mixed oak and chestnut.

A warm 2024 — wet winter, then a dry summer with cool nights — preserved bright acidity for a balanced, complex must. Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, the wine ferments in stainless steel, with about half aged 18 months in French oak.
